In my Successful Ad Manager program this week, we were celebrating one of our ad managers getting her first client! She’s pretty nervous, however she’s going through the program and getting the support in our “SAM” community, but also the correct expectations are set between her and her new client.
This isn’t always the case. Unfortunately, many eager ad managers are told to go out and start charging premium prices. Had she done that with this type of client, then it could be a recipe for disaster.
