Talking with Ad Managers and asking them what obstacles have kept them  from being able to grow and scale their business,you would be surprised how many say “systems”. Yes, everybody loves systems and it has become a bit of a sexy word in this sort of marketplace. 

 

But you don’t have to have systems in place to get to five-figure months. Yes, eventually when you are getting more clients on board and a VA or Marketing Assistant to help you, you will need systems in place.
